No it isnt. The deadlock fix has been released by pixelthis and it has nothing to do with that. The CMD should stay opened after the deadlock.

ok well i have a vps and my server was running great for 2days straight, I went to bed and woke up and found that my server had been offline who knows for how longm, I log in to my vps to find no programs running it was like someone had logged in to the vps and exited out of the source now i know that isn't the case but could this be the dead locking issue?

what do you think this is then?
someone closed ur cmd pal
no i'm sure no one closed my cmd if they had access to my vps and wanted to cause harm i'm sure they would of done a lot more.
did you ever come to the conclusion that your vps had updates and it updated and restarted itself... you gotta remmeber there fresh installs of windows server so they do update.
can i turn auto update off?
