    opcode 4 and 3 is sent by the client, if unsent it crashes the client

    what does opcode 4 and 3 do? theyre only sent once
    the rest are 1 and 0
    0 = request
    1 = write

    order:
    4
    3
    0
    0
    0
    1
    1
