[PI] client sided help?

okay so on this source:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

there is PvP artifacts, but how do i add them in-game I have heard about client siding before but no idea what this means can anyone help me?

Check if you have them on your client and if you do, declare the id wherever you want them to be..

You have them added, the models, ints, but you don't have them added when you kill people..
