I got it working, but i want the general to give 2 points instead of 1.
Here's the code:

Just change the damage of the npcs, or the maxHit.
i did change maxhit, but what about damage? where is that>?
oh idk...because its for the npcs at assault and i dont want them to be aggressive ;P
