    i tried to restart my computr but everytime i try to run it i get this error

    Maybe you have some bit torrent program ran when you start your computer. Check your taskbar ;-)

    Also, if you're using uTorrent to portforward, run the server and then uTorrent.

    nope i dont got that runing i can run the 474 hyperion fine but not 317

    You can't run them both on the same port. You probably forgot to shutdown the server or Windows didn't close the process.

    possibly you have your 317 running on a port other than 43594? you might want to check that out. Because, like the other people here are saying, whatever port your 317 is trying to use is already in use and only one program can use a certain port at a time.

    If you're using eclipse, you probably did not terminate the last time you ran the server.
    Ctrl + Alt + Delte, and close all javaw applications, and try again. If that's not it, then you're running something else on that port. Try changing the port then, or close the program that uses the port.
