I'm assuming this is delta.
Look for "Welcome" in client.java
and look for the starter stuff it should say addxp blah blah just remove it.

how to make it so when u login u dont receive 99 firemaking and making it so u dont finish all quests on making a new acc cause when i make a new acc u automatically finish all quests and receive 99 firemaking how do i fix this i looked everywhere tried to figure it out but cant.
