Much better than Delta, and pretty stable.
Of course, Emulous isn't perfect, Hyperion is, but I like Emulous, don't want to switch again.
There are also other servers which you can try, for example, Shard, rs377d, PJA, etc.
- Stability, laggs (Can be fixed by adding event manager, cleaning out the processes, removing thread-per-client)
- Combat (Can also be fixed by simply packaging the source, you'll see lots of bugs in it)
- Crashes (Can be fixed by making it crash-patched by redoing the Cryption and add some try { } catch (Exception e) { } in the playerHandler)
- Dupes, bugs (Can be fixed aswel)
- The gigantic Client.java file, Conventions state that a class file can't have more then 2000 lines (About 60KB max)
- Conventions itself (Incorrect naming, not using tabs, ...)
- 500 Ms cycle timing, instead of 600 ms...
Allot has to be fixed in order to be a decent base.
