Thread: Some kind of strange lagg ( Please Help Me To Fix ) +++REP

Hello,
I have some problem with project insanity.

The problem:

It's kinda a lagg, so lets say the player in my server just runs around chats/pks etc, and then like every 5-20 minutes like whole server stops for like 2-4 seconds, and everyone stops moving and talking, then after 2-4 seconds everything unlaggs agian. I dont think this is lagg because of a vps connection because if it was after the unlagg everyone would get like mass hitted but when they unlagg now they dont.

Help me pls. If you dont get it pls pm me ill show u on server, i will also pay u abit if you know the fix for it.
