Hello, title says pretty much all.
Tell me wich base i should useAnd tell me why.
Insanity.
Explain why?
The combat system is pretty much the same, it's alot stabler and reliabler.
and its based of riotscape which uses nice networking.

Battlescape for combat wise and there's a few decent skills.
Couple things why i give bs some - is. That im going to use the 474 data client for my base and bs has loads of things to do to make it good with the client.
Honestly i dont see the point in threads like this because they both have their ups and downs a better base to use, should be what u feel you can program the best, no1 likes a server with no updates, im guessing u dont use a ide also so the basic packaging of project insanity would probally kill you so for u i recommend battlescape
BattleScape if you're looking to make a server that can be online in less then a hour.
Why not hyperion? I'm sure your server would gain a lot more respect if you started from scratch instead of taking Palidino's or Sanity's server and using it.
Sanitys has a bunch of little problems and you can add on.
Palidinos can be edited a bunch more.
Using a scratch server will take you longer, unless you want to learn and know the server from front to back.
