Make sure that the special attack on the npc is using 25 spec not 0.

Hi,
My friend and i downloaded a Delta Sources, and we fixed a bit of things but theres somethings that we have no idea.
When we use the Dragon Dagger Spec, the double hit work, but the hit are done on our player but not on the monster. And the spec bar also doesn't lower.
I please for someone help us!
