Couple questions on VPS! [REP++]

Hi, I am planning on getting VPS today but before I do I have a couple of questions. I will be using VPSLand and take the $18 plan as it's my first month.

These are my questions:

1) What is this?

2) What is a VAT number?
3) How do I find my 'Country Code'?

4) Can I use PayPal to buy from VPSLand?

5) Can I edit my server while I have VPS on my main server IP and use 'localhost' to edit without affecting the main server IP? How?

Don't get vpsland man! They're HORRIBLE!

But... If you insist on using it, just press skip domain selection, then fill the other page out. You don't NEED a domain, you can use no-ip or your vps ip.

1. You can skip it, its not necessary

2. vat number - not necessary

3. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

4. yes you can use paypal

5. In vps, you cannot run two servers on same port, i would make test server run on port 5555 in vps.

[EDIT] run ur server on your computer for 1 week till u have donations then buy a decent VPS from opticvps 1gb ram
35$ 1000mbps
