    Whats to setup? Download java, upload your files to uppit, download them on your VPS. You don't need to portforward on a vps so all you need to do is download java and no-ip and your set.

    There you go now go do it for yourself free.

    Well, since you don't pay; Here's for free:

    1st. Go to your remote desktop connection; start > All programs > Accesories > Remote Desktop Connection
    2nd. Next put your ip address in the box and click yes, then user: administrator then pass is what you set it as.
    3rd. Then do what you normally would, Download Java, jdk, etc.
