Add a folder named "characters"

i found a server has all the .java files ill need cause he forgot to take out =P but it doesnt have the character files in it can anyone tell me how to add or add themself?

seriously thats all i need to do? do i have to edit anything else in my files at all?
nup by anychance was it oblivion pk?
