Qualifications:
Non-packaged, can't ever seem to work with packaged right.
Not loaded with extra shit that is unneeded
Very good combat
No custom items (or very few)
Can hold 100 players no lagg

To be honest if you want a good base get cleaned v4 its a winterlove base with everything in it that it needs to run, all you have to do is add to it, and it really is clean, runs smooth, brb ill go fetch the link for you
