Download Java, and JDK. All I can say, it has nothing to do as running as admin.

aha i have same problem. In your run.bat instead of
    Code:
    c:\Program Files\
    You need to do
    [code]"C:\Program Files (x86)\[\code]
    or
    Code:
    c:\progra~1\

Yep, but I don't know the exact numbers so..
    Code:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_10\bin\java"
Now just go to your c:\ dr1ve , click Program Files (86), and than click Java, than look at whee it says jre1._010 or w/e, copy that and replace the jdk1.6.0_10
