Drops error, will rep+ (On my main, Ghost) [Delta]

Error is when i Start server, right after compiling.

Code:

Your server is now online.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 45
        at NPCHandler.loadNPCDrops(NPCHandler.java:2066)
        at NPCHandler.<init>(NPCHandler.java:549)
        at server.main(server.java:164)

The reason this is happening is this code (in npcdrops.cfg)

If i remove that code, it works fine, but I want these drops and yeah.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

you can only have 14 drops per npc aswel.
