    If my autospawn.cfg is full with npcs, like let's say over 200? Will that cause lag to the server?

    The more spawns you have the more the vm has to process. More npc's means it will be stuck in the npc loop for a few exstra miliseconds slowing the player processing down. Although your source should be able to cope with atleast 1000 npc's before you notice a minor difference. That is on a goodish system.

    I found martin's autospawn list and it has 2k+ npcs if i add all of them it will lag right?
    Or not at all?

    Depending on the speed of your server and computer. If you have a slow computer then it will lag. If you have a good computer it probarly won't lag but when you have many people on you might find that your server can't handle as much players as it did before.
