    First off..
    Don't say I didn't port forward.

    Second off...
    Don't say I don't have a no-ip...

So does anyone know the problem..?
Don't say "it's a bad source" because it's fine. many use it and it was working yesterday

the tutorial said that I could do that, or I could turn off my firewall.
I turned it off instead, do I still have to do that?

Yes, other then what Lethal said, add the port to allow connections through your firewall make sure that that IP you are using above in teh first picture is your private IP.

it will be the IPv4 Address.

To get that go to start>run> type cmd > then in the black command box type> ipconfig
then search through the info there for it.

Also make sure its TCP in your router settings.
to contact me, PM me on rune-server.

Dude omg, thank you so freaking much.
    I have one more question.

I set my NO-IP host to the IPv4 address. Do I set it to my real one, or that one?

You set the NO-IP to your display IP, the one you get from like ipchicken or whatever.
