need hel with making my char an admin on my 317

Hey i started making a 317 and i need help with making my character an admin so if possible can you tell me what i need to do? thanks, oh and i need help with actually getting my server on, i have no-ip up and i got the server on and i have source open....

help?

Go find a tutorial for that in tutorial section, to make urself owner just go into the character files after you make your character and you should see

character-rights = 3

character-rights = 0 means normal player
character-rights = 1 means the player is mod
character-rights = 2 means the player is admin
character-rights = 3 means the player is owner/co-owner
character-rights = 4 is usually hidden admin

Anyway go to tutorial section now and find a guide on running the server...and have fun learning ^^ it is quite fun to code after you get the hang of it so goodluck m8.
