I need help getting modern teleporting spells to work

There source im using has the modern teleporting spells not working so i need helping fixing them im using ZDR as a source

well all i know is that some servers got a server.java file with that stuff. if its not in there go search for any magic spell thats added in client.java and just tell me what you find (prob only need common sence to know what to do;))
