How would i make my own ip for example

instead of

or something? IS there anyway i can create my own, does it cost anything? If it does where or what webhost can i buy it from...

Those ip's are not real i am not advertising... I just need help...

You need to buy a domain name, and when you go into no-ip.com click (already have a domain name) and you should be able to host it with that

You mean making Domain Names? well either you can buy a Domain Reseller to where you can create and sell domains or you buy a domain from somewhere like netfirms.com or godaddy.com

Yeah but what im trying to say is how do lets say for example godaddy.com create there own Domain names?
