Revelation is something I worked on for months and was an active server while it was up.
This is a good base to work with if you're just jumping into developing rsps
Some media might be out of date, I did more updates to the server that aren't listed in the original thread.

See if the console prints any errors, most likely just put the cache in it's correct place (As the download url for the cache is most likely no longer live).
