I'm a total noob to new 317 eclipse servers but h o w do i fix this error? I get it for every client and its driving me crazy please anybody

Cannot access defaults field of Properties is your error. found in Client.java on line 7748, or PropertiesConverter.java on line 46.

Hmm, I've moved over from 718 developing to 317's recently. I wish to change the use option on the vote ticket to redeem, which in turn will give the player vote points. I'm used to doing this cache sided, but on 317's this doesn't seem to be the case. Any help would be great. Thank you
