Well since it's already been released elsewhere for a long time & I no longer run the server, here you guys go.

Please note that this is pre Rise317 so none of those updates were released in this release. There are many bugs in this copy possibly even some dupes, just a heads up.

One of the best custom servers that was leaked and many are using now. I worked on this. Great for a proper release. Ruthless had a good run. Thank you Bodih.
