I believe I have zipped the cache correctly. Ive opened the cache, selected all its contents -> add to zip. to create the zipped cache. Also made sure to name it correctly.
    Ive hosted the version.txt file.
When i run the client, it downloads the cache but inside the newly created RagefireCachev2 directory is this:

    Anyone able to help
you could go back to the original ruse CacheDownloader, unsure as to why its doing that.
Il take a look and see if its something i did.

Any luck or know what i can do to fix?
I also tried it with the link you provided in the OT but had a similar problem.
Just to clarify, You are meant to open the cache and zip all it's contents. Rename the new zip to the appropriate name and upload?

This server's meh, its pretty good if you're looking to start a Custom Server, I Guess.
It's got a fair amount of content, aswell as a fair amount of stability issue's, just like most Ruse leeches out there

I can't be bothered listing media, so if you'd like to see what you're downloading
    Here ya go: https://www.rune-server.ee/black-mar...5-players.html

Leave a comment, rep, or just neg me for even using Ruse in the first place

Turns out it was a problem trying to overwrite files that were automatically generated.
Solution to the issue was replacing the CacheDownloader/Signlink/Unzip with that of Elvargs.
Strange and a very annoying headache but happy it's fixed.

Also @Adam is it okay to use your media when advertising?

anyone else not able to connect on the client? I deleted the .classpath and .projects, zipped the cache, uploaded it to dropbox, changed the link to it, changed the name of the zip and its name in the files.
