Some old project from last year when i got bored and joined a random server and decided to help, i believe is was based off of this crap. https://www.rune-server.org/runescap...s-release.html
I lost the cache for the client so the clients pretty useless, only including server, just about any client should work with it
There's alot of unfinished content and bugs, not host ready at all, we had a hard time getting a decent client together aswell, was difficult when no one had the experiences with client sided material.

Just skimmed it and I know that you said this is a year old, so I won't critique anything. I will add some tips to people wanting to add entity combat to their server after this line though.
Looks like when you tried to redo/rewrite combat you tried to base it off the original implementation.
I would personally recommend just re-writing from scratch.
However, if you do want to re-purpose as much code as possible and have a usable system while you are redoing it (like a live server for example), the best thing to start with would be redoing how hits/damage is dealt by writing a hit queuing system.
After that you can branch to specs/prays.
Then you should just have the code that determines if it is a valid, and attackable target and the code related to magic spells/data/requirements.
