Hello, i downloaded both client and source, made the thing FALSE, but still restricted... any ideas? do i need to change anything else? IP maybe?

or else you'll get a username restricted on login

i understand this is an older post but i have tried that but it is still saying username restricted

Because the CacheDownloader.java is pointing to a website that no longer exists. I'm having the same issue... Let me know if you find a fix please. I can't find the files on the internet anywhere. Every link is broken.

After doing that it still does not allow non staff members in game

can't spawn certain items like Vesta, primal says "invalid command" ingame
