First time running a server. Please help me here. i've been stuck on this for like 2 days now, and i dont know how the fuck i should open it. I've got the server running, it says in the console that it was launched successfully. Although the client wont connect to it. I have opened the port on my router, and all that. tried to switch it from running on local host to just my local ip, as well as just running it on local host, and non of it works. Please can someone help.

Nice but should change the title as it's a 317 not the OSRS protocol

Hello, i downloaded both client and source, made the thing FALSE, but still restricted... any ideas? do i need to change anything else? IP maybe?

For beginners, Before running the server make sure you turn Staff mode off located at:

com > vencillio > VencillioConstants

and look for this:

/**
* Checks if the world is staff only
*/
public static boolean STAFF_ONLY = true;

YOU WANNA MAKE IT FALSE.

or else you'll get a username restricted on login :)

Because the CacheDownloader.java is pointing to a website that no longer exists. :( I'm having the same issue... Let me know if you find a fix please. I can't find the files on the internet anywhere. Every link is broken.

You need to toggle the staff only boolean in PlayerConstants.java if i remember correctly. been a couple of years since i've touched this.

can't spawn certain items like Vesta, primal says "invalid command" ingame
