I've decided to release a 317 Server that I have been playing around on whilst I had no internet. I just took the Original PI and started working on it trying to improve it's look and it's an improvement so that if you were to start a new project using PI you won't need to start from the Original release as this base was mainly used for fixing.
Here's the list of Updates I applied to it,

Corrected all the wrong PR Crowns for Chatbox, PM, CC
Diagonal Attacking fixed
Range > Mage > HP Combat Level fixed
Fixed the Bank anywhere bug
Instant first hit on a NPC
Fixed a Walking bug which allowed a dupe to occur whilst Staking
Added Right clicking Loyalty titles
Simple Yell system
Improved Login protocol
No Slow-Mo delay with some Animations
Muted players can't speak in Clan Chat any more
PR 3 can only do no-clip now
