Yea it was its explained LOL im not expecting thanks just want to get people mad that are selling it
People want this because most of the people who registered to 2006scape, have same username and password for their runescape, prs06, emails, and other stuff. (stupid people). And most of these releases have all their usernames and passwords saved (not deleted). They decode the password codes and start "hacking"these accounts.
OT: There are so many releases of this shit, why make another one?
