Its same for me, it just cant connect.
in client.java there is 127.0.0.1
But still it wont connect.

And i couldnt start the server using the Run you provided us with, i get this when i click RUN.CMD

Whats your java version?
Edit: ReCompile the client with your current java version. If it dont work try using java 6

Here is how to fix for anyone who dosen't get it to work:
Go to client.java in client files and go to line 13115.
Change
server = "178.18.246.101";
to
server = "127.0.0.1";
