Some messages might change, most messages stay the same tho throughout revisions, don't think its prioritized that high to change messages. E.g pretty sure when smithing items is from all the way back when smithing was first released.

The second bullet point is supposed to be a sub-bullet of the first bullet point.

Lastly, I don't see any part of the thread for the Looting bag messages I provided
fixed, will add looting bag, later today

edit: Did some more organising of the thread layout. Please feel free to give some suggestions for improvements. Also am loving all the contributions

A database only makes sense for this if we're going to automate collection of this data, but it seems like that isn't the case, so a spreadsheet of some sort is likely a fine solution.

Not too sure about that, it's at 0 . It would have to go minus to even be remotely close to his IQ.

full wintertodt messages, the ones _jordan posted are incomplete. note, this does not include dialogues or sounds because I am lazy, however I do have them.

    Code:
The brazier is broken and shrapnel damages you. (when brazier gets attacked and breaks)
You need a tinderbox to light that brazier. (not having a tinderbox when lighting brazier. note: message may have been updated to include a bruma torch)
You need a hammer to fix this brazier.
There's no need to do that at this time. (filtered; trying to light a brazier between rounds)
Fix the brazier before lighting it. (filtered; trying to light the brazier before lighting it)
The brazier is already lit. (filtered; trying to light an already lit brazier)
Heal the Pyromancer before lighting the brazier. (attempting to light the brazier while the pyromancer is unhealthy/down)
You are already lighting the brazier. (filtered; attempting to light the brazier while already lighting it)
    You light the brazier.
You are already fixing the brazier. (filtered)
    You fix the brazier.
You have run out of bruma roots.
The brazier has gone out. (when the brazier goes out while you are feeding it with fuel)
The {root, kindling} shatters as it hits the floor. (dropping bruma roots/kindling)
You carefully fletch the root into a bundle of kindling. (filtered)
Your hands are too cold to fletch here - move closer to the braziers.
There's no use for bruma roots at this time. (filtered; trying to chop bruma roots between rounds)
Your inventory is too full to hold any more roots. (trying to chop roots with a full inventory)
You do not have an axe which you have the woodcutting level to use.
You swing your axe at the roots.
You get a bruma root. (filtered)
You don't need to do that (trying to heal a pyromancer who already has full health)
The {potion, vial} shatters as it hits the floor. (dropping rejuv potion/vial)
You combine the bruma herb into the unfinished potion. (using bruma herb with vial of water)
There's no need to do that at this time. (filtered; trying to pick bruma herb between rounds)
The herb shatters as it hits the floor. (dropping bruma herb)
    You already have {a,an} {hammer,axe,unfinished potion,knife,tinderbox}.
You need space in your inventory to take {a,an} {hammer, axe, unfinished potion, knife, tinderbox}.
You take the {hammer, axe, unfinished potion, knife, tinderbox}s from the crate. (taking more than one item from a supply crate)
You take {a,an} {hammer, axe, unfinished potion, knife, tinderbox} from the crate. (taking a single item from a supply crate)
You have helped enough to earn a supply crate. (the moment the player earns 500>= points)
You only just jumped over that. (when trying to jump the same agility object within X time of previously jumping over it)
The cold of the Wintertodt seeps into your bones. (filtered; random cold damage)
The freezing cold attack of the Wintertodt's magic hits you. (when getting hit by the AOE attack)

    When a round finishes:
You did not earn enough points to be worthy of a gift from the citizens of Kourend this time. (when a game finishes and the player has <500 points)
You have gained X Firemaking XP.
Your subdued Wintertodt count is: <col=FF0000>X</col>.
You have gained a supply crate!

even then you'd have some sort of an API (like the wiki crowdsourcing plugin) -- you wouldn't just set up some public database and let whoever have free reign.

Yes I can confirm this for the entirety of the Hunter skill. It is all different in RS3 than OSRS.

Wait are you suggesting we use a wiki crowdsourcing plugin instead of a database for this use case? And you think my suggestion is laughable? What do you think the suggestion by @Greg of using excel is? Rofl.

No he isn't, and if you read what I wrote I never suggested using excel. I said out of the options; spreadsheet, database, wiki. For this task an online spreadsheet is hands down the best option, in terms of speed, collaboration, easy of use and simplicity. But still doesn't beat people just posting them here, well, if the comments had kept on topic.
