whoever made those interfaces has a serious lack of attention to detail (Implementation and design-wise), the padding is all over the place, the font used is ghastly, some things are horribly off center, the sprites used have serious issues
You guys need to work on getting a consistent style for your interfaces. Some interfaces are using the OG black metal borders, some are using the newer grey ones; some are using the original RS buttons, some are using those gross herb-style ones.

Also, total lack of detail, for example, things like this, why is the divider bar having a stroke?

█ Consistency. Why do some of these things have borders and some of them lack them all together?
█ Lack of padding everywhere; there's not enough space between major elements, lists are too close to the borders, and the item sprites really should be given at least a couple of pixels of space to breathe. Try to make your interfaces feel less claustrophobic.
█ What's up with the random bar appearing out of nowhere? Why is the upgrade icon and text merging together?

Again, consistency; Jagex typically uses a normal, plain font for those style of buttons. Some of your interfaces do too. Why are they bold here?

I'd pick another color for the text here. You need more contrast. Brown on a brown background is just a bit too hard on the eyes.

Spend a bit more time and try to pick more fitting icons. Rather than using the clan chat rank here, OSRS' clan chat interface already has sorting support - you could reuse those arrows instead.

Seems like a nice server. Nice server media. Unfortunately I tried to load the client but got stuck at "connecting to login server." Good luck with this though.

Forums (no actual site?) is very basic, feels like something from 2009 and not in a good way. I wouldn't play based on this fact alone, I'm sure others would get turned off by this too. Good luck!
