Item combining fully works, obtain item parts such as tanzanite fang from bosses such as Zulrah.
and combine them for a blowpipe instead of simply getting end items as drops.

Max capes have been added functioning as on OSRS. All capes are made by combining certain items. For example
to create an imbued saradomin max cape, you have to combine a max cape and hood with an imbued saradomin cape.
