1. Just because you live under a rock doesn't make what I said false, other custom servers charge much, much more for customs.

Here we are at dreamscape, where a PRE-MADE item is 1000$.

2. Your little blanket statement of "Imagine what else these people could be doing with $800". Who are YOU to tell them what to spend their money on.

I get your need to make money to sustain a server.

A quote came into mind which was, "two wrongs don't make a right." I personally think any server or game that has prices like this on a virtual item is just taking something and monetizing the complete piss out of it. The whole scene here was strongly against Jagex monetizing the shit out of the game we loved to play hence why private servers even started so I say to your comparison any servers offering this extremely high priced bullshit are just as bad as each-other

Anyhow, that's just my personal opinion. Your server development looks good and you have a talented team so best of luck with it, I'm sure if you guy's stick with it (and have enough $800 donations) this will go far.

Cash grab or not, and this is coming from someone that finds custom servers to be trash, people will pay it, so they charge it.

Covers advertising and hosting and devs and more. So what if they make profit off of it, it's their server, let them do what they want.

Yeah I personally would never donate near that much to a rsps, let alone a custom rsps, but those that are into that sorta rsps and custom shit and have the money to spare will spare it for what they want.

imagine justifying and defending this relaunched for the 100th time shitscape. Hank judges other custom servers while he does the same shit as them.

Not sure you even read into what the product does. There's no reason to purchase the product, it's for the satisfaction of the player. Whether they want to buy it or not is their choice. Similar things are obtainable in game. People buy it cause people want to buy it, no one's shoving it down their throats. So the whole "this is wrong" scenario doesn't make sense.
