Let's jump right into it!
Mage Arena 2 & 3: Return of the Elemental and Omnic Wizards
Since the introduction of Mage Arena 2, our versions have been condensed into a third sector. Now, players will have to defeat all 4 elemental wizards before facing the Omnic wizard.
However, Kolodion will not allow any magic user to face these powerful wizards until they have retrieve all of the followers objects. Those who are able to defeat these anti-magic wizards will have the right to called themselves Masters of Magic, as well as being granted access to the 'Greater Spellbook of Modern Magics'.
Upon completing Mage Arena II, you will be able to infuse Soul dust into corresponding battle mages to resurrect the three creatures of the Gods. When successfully defeated, they will award 25 Magical energy points that can be used at Kolodion's High-Tier Mage equipment store.
Glitzlit Caverns: The Aesyr
After discovering the Glitzlit Caverns (achievement locked), players will be able to venture these ancient chambers and retrieve item pieces from the PvP Armour set. The Aesyr are warriors destined to Exoden from breaking free and wreaking havoc among the land. Wearing entire sets of these armours provide a 10% accuracy and max hit boost against players.
Corrupt equipment has 2,500 Charges before degrading to dust, while Normal equipment has 10,000 before breaking and can be recharged at the Sequin Beacon.
Glitzlit Caverns: The Sequin Beacon
The Aesyr protect a magical source of energy called the Sequin beacon. This beacon generates magical portals which flow through those who stand on it, empowering their non-combat spells granting extra experience in some spells, and yield in others like Alchemy. Players can use these portals as a non-combat zone and have the ability to be safe from player related combat and the ability to teleport to safety.
These portals will change every minute, so be careful not to get caught off guard by a nearby PKer!
Sequin Beacon empowerments:
In other news...
- Upon death outside of the wilderness by NPCs, players will have a 1 hour timer to retrieve their items before they disappear.
- New clue scroll rewards have been implemented (over 100 missing uniques can now be reaped from a treasure trail)
- Fixed certain spells like working in the Modern Spellbook (Charge, Fire wave, Entangle, etc)
- Players can now wear Imbued god capes and Imbued god max capes
- Imbued god capes can be combined with the Max cape and hood
- Fixed opening the quest tab from the challenge tab buttons
- Membership bonds now have a redeem dialogue to avoid accidentally clicking and redeeming
- You may now send membership requests by using membership bonds on other players
- All special attacks have been fixed!
- Salamanders have their proper equipment tab interface and attack styles
- Chinchompas have their proper equipment tab interface and attack styles
- Players are now required to cast god spells 100 times within the boundaries of the Mage arena before using it elsewhere
- Fixed an issue with Enchanting bolt experience rates only basing the experience off of one entry
- The quest, 'Age of the Barbarians', has been started! Follow it's progress here!
