When you abuse a major rule a blatant numbers of times, yes. We were kind enough to allow this said user to continue playing but on the condition he empty his items.

It's not a relaunch, it's a content expansion of Raids, PVP Expansion and so forth. If you read the thread, you can see the game is still online, being updated weekly. We have an average of 80-100 players online right now.
