If you are skulled and killed by a NPC you will drop 20 items from your bank for everyone to see and lose 25% exp, if you aren't skulled you will lose no EXP and no items.
If you are skulled and killed by a player, you will give the killer a key to raid 20 items from your bank and lose 25% exp plus 5% for each key you have. If you are un-skulled and killed by a player you'll still lose 25% but only 10 items from your bank.
