Doesn't look unique at all, there are already way to many Ikov/Ruse looking servers that are succesful, for example Elkoy, simplicity, zamorak, runique etc.

I can tell its Ruse partly cus of the water colour on the minimap. :p

Everything you can donate for, is obtainable in-game. It just requires you to work harder instead of paying money for items.
