I feel like you should have done a full reset when you changed the name back to Zamorak from Pre-scape.
Looks like you are just trying to use your previous success with Zamorak to try and grab players back without putting any effort in. I was an active pre-scape player and there have been no updates from before I quit, until now, which is like 3 months.
Just my opinion, although fairly obvious to see. Not a hater, I enjoyed pre-scape but a name change won't bring in floods of players which is what I think you're hoping for.
