Thanks for the feedback(Even if it just says everything looks wrong). What made it look bad as first impression? The Animations? Graphics? or just the presentation in general?
This looks also pretty close to InsidiaX. I think the dungeoneering is the same.

OK, so; What do you have to improve? (in my opinion)
- Make the server look less like TrisidiaX (I assume you used it as a base for your server.)
- Remove those ugly HP bars (They're custom, and yes, they look horrible.)
- Replace the equipment-bonus -interface (Maybe, it doesn't look too bad tho.)
One tip; Modify even the smallest possible things you can come by, such as the stores, training areas, quest tab.. even small things can really change the gameplay, you know.
And another; don't add any REAL CUSTOM ITEMS. (Recoloured items etc. etc., they just make your server look like sh*t, tbh.)
I like the custom ideas you put into your server, such as all those items.
All this said, I wish you the best of luck; Gonn' hop in, atleast for a while.
