Caldera - Is based on Project Insanity, and is still in progress.Caldera is the type of server that you don't see too often, an Economical Spawn Server. This means that you can spawn items for a price, and sell them back for a lower price. Caldera is a PKing server, that leaves room for Skillers by disabling the spawning on Super-Potions, Manta's, and other types of various items.
God wars Items, Slayer items, and things like that must also be earned the correct way.

Caldera will have a respectful and maintained staff, everything has been reworked so that the punishment will result upon the staffs level. A staff member must provide Screenshots/Video proof of the player before acting with any type of punishment, and must be harsh enough to be punishable, if not the staff member will suffer the conciquences.
The Team members at Caldera Focus' most of their time towards the combat, giving players the old rune-scape experience when fighting eachother.

I commend you for having an attempt at a PvP based private server, but you need to add new and original content if you would desire to gain an immense amount of players.
The four basic media screenshots that you displayed which every server has does not interest me, and I'm sure I can speak out for others the same.
Add original and new content, new areas, new zones, original shops, and you might just be successful.
In addition to it, are you using a nulled vBulletin forums?
If so, a very bad decision.
