I think what revil meant is get something thats going to attract players, every server, has "custom homes, shops, npc's and "even items i made myself" and almost every server has pvp items, whats diffrent between yours and any others? that would actually attract..
What would be cool is nex on correct map location, with him and his minions, and him going back and forth like in real rs. That'd be pretty cool.
