[IPB] Setting up Any IPB Version Website.(pro. skin, Shoutbox, and portal.)
Hello, I am setting up any ipb version (i have every version) I only charge 10 bucks. with it you get a pro skin. i have a few to choose from. A shoutbox. Also a portal. I can teach you how to use your ipb admin cpanel like adding forums making new member ranks, all that other good stuff. I can also do vbulliten but i do not like that,
