Rates:
The Experience rates have changed since the last release of GlobalPKz. The combat experience is 700xp*damage while skilling experience is 55*RsExp. Although not all skills have that formula, skills like Prayer(75*RsExp) and Summoning(25*RsExp) have their own rate.

Holiday EXP Rates:
Combat: 1k per hit
Skilling: 70*RS_EXP
Prayer: 100*RS_EXP
Summon: 50*RS_EXP
