Well when making this pictures almost no persons where located.
And when you want to make a good impression of the server you always make a picture with alot of people on it.

Think about it this way, why would anyone here play your server when if you scroll a little further down the advertismnet section you're going to find a properly coded server not a delta leach claiming it has good pking / skilling and stable.
