rsps improvements

What are some things that you want on your server but nobody has ever made a tutorial for or bothered doing yet?

I mean come on, it's 2011 and 317 servers still don't have the features as they should :S

Example: Half the servers don't have good skilling.

Example 2: Everyone struggles to get a good combat system.

The only real reason I can think of for this is that if everyone was able to have these things, the top list would be very competitive.

Doesn't that have to do with clipped following? If so yeah, the only clipped following I know of is that crappy client sided one :\

find the most direct path to the target (i.e ignores objects) and check if any of the tiles in the path contains an object of certain types (loaded from landscape file, not id), if so find a path for the character to move to the target and on each step check perform the first check

AfaIk the worldmap files have been posted here?
Idk why a simple loop for checking the projectile's way cannot be created then...
