If I wanted perfect rs, I'd play rs. In my opinion the best possible emulator is only restricted by your imagination (and of course your programming ability).

i meant the several layers of the emulator, which contribute to the emulator actually working...
e.g., how would you go about networking, content, updating, etc.
I would first use MINA networking... then for content... I would add combat, shops... trading... npcs... a few minigames and maybe one really good quest.
