Runescape "Secret spells"?

Found in my cache, didn't add.
Do you think Jagex used these? Or were they player made?

They also did have a bones to bread. Straight from rune wiki

 it was called Bones to Bread and required no nature runes.
 However, Jagex changed it as it was considered
 to be too powerful at the time of release.

Just edit the interface loading method and see which interface uses a sprite of that name/index, voila.

No, they're just in the cache for some reason.

They're also in the 508 cache.

bones to bread was changed to "bones to peaches" I think.

Also, you should know by now that Jagex leaves all there "left-overs" from updates that were abandoned. So it really doesn't say that they were making a "secret" spell.

Well, I'm guessing the Lesser demon icon since it looks an awful lot like cumble undead was supposed to be high damage towards demons since crumble undead was high damage towards zombies.
And this should be in the client section.
