How do you think RuneScape...

How do you think JaGeX compiles and have the update without restarting all servers? Perhaps the work of RuneScript? Perhaps it slightly pauses and goes back to normal?

lol,dude runescape is not a private server so they can do what ever the fuck they wanna do it like so they do restart it just that there servers never go down.

well.. theres server updates and client/cache updates so idk lol

they do restart. Its like for 5 secs every few weeks at midnight(depending were located) also when there is a client update it logs you out and tells you to refresh.
